Here is Mona Mayfair, from the books Blackwood Farm and Blood Canticle by Anne Rice..
She is a witch made vampire by Lestat who saves her life this way..

There is no actual/official pictures of her, as she has only been described in the books. We can find a few fanart drawings here and there (a couple of them on dA), but to me nothing really appealling, and certainly nothing that shows her beauty and shine.. (You'll understand if you read the books..). So I was quite free to design her as I wanted to..
Nevertheless, I came across a picture here on dA and I just thought "She would be the closest representation of Mona I could think of".
The picture is not stock, but the rules with it say you can use it as reference for drawings. That was perfect for me, as I use lots of stock and non-stock as drawing reference..

Belt is actually one of my wife's.
Picture used as a starting point for the background is from the inside of Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, France, taken by my wife.

I wanted to give her frizzy hair, as it is how I imagine this character.. But it didn't turn out as well as I wanted to, so I just gave her straight hair in the end.. It does the trick I think..

Photoshop CS2, Wacom Intuos2 tablet, about 15 hours of actual work.
