Hello there!

I'm just passing by today with a speed painting, made for the sake of practicing, well, my speed.
One of my focuses lately is to optimize my current technique to make it more efficient and also gain in speed.
I usually spend between 5 and 10 hours on a relatively simple but somewhat detailed piece, so I'm trying to achieve the same level of complexity within a shorter amount of time.
And there is no secret to successfully do that: gotta practice and practice.

This piece is not exactly complex, and there is no real detail, but it was also made in a lot less time than I usually would for this type of "portrait". So I'm pretty happy with it, even though there are some details I had to sacrifice for the sake of finishing it on time (my goal being no more than 2 hours). It makes me cringe, but you gotta do what you gotta do.. xD
