One Rinox distracts the mother, while the one behind her will try to snatch one of her pups at the right moment. It is a tactic that the Rinox use on everything. But the Ploxes are a little smarter than that. The mother will stand her ground and will not leave her pups, not even to attack. She is more than a cute ball of fur, she will rip anything to shreds that tries to eat her pups, but all she can do right now is stand her ground and roar.

What the Rinox do not know is that when she roars, the alpha male Plox, as well as the rest of the pack will hear her. The alpha male makes hast to run to the roars of help.

It is the way of the Plox. Mothers stand there ground and defend the pups. The males come and attack the intruders. It is because of this that most pups got to see another day.
