I don't really remember how many hours, I'm just guessing 10-15?
I used a piece of paper from a scratch book, but back then I didn't know what paper is good

Ahhh I would criticize but you probably caught the errors on this one already, such as the lighting
I do have to give you kudos though, that was a VERY tough pose to try and draw. I admit, drawing women are much easier in general (smooth skin, flowing hair, defined features) whereas men are more... oh I can't think of the right word, but I hope you know what I mean.

Great shading! 
Some stronger contrasts would've been perfect, especially on his skin. Like the part under his chin could have been a little darker. And the shinny spots on the armour a bit more emphasized. Details, details... It's still very close to being perfect!
