Kurumi and Asuka are doing work outs cause Heroes regardless of what genre and age rate you prefer even in shonen jump, Marvel and DC heroes need to maintain their physical training just like military soldiers do in real life.

Kurumi: I guess no matter what class of hero you are maintaining physical fitness is important.

again for the RP's I will say there can be other class of heroes next to magical girls like magician boys and Kamen Riders.
