The only thing that comes to my mind is that there is a massive difference between the texture density on the lower part of the pic than the rest of the picture since you used a photo as a base (Finiglish is tough for commenting!!). It grabs to much attention from the concept and since you are a concept artist it might no be best for the presentation. Concept wise, it is very well done, the representation of the trees are very caching but they also blend well with the environment making it a suitable background. I like the use if Cumulus clouds in your design, it brings the sky closer to the ground and creates a solid sense of space above the city. Also it gives an alien feeling to the city since you don't see that type of clouds in Tehran that much. And Milad tower

Great to see new updates from you. Love the colors as usual! Really like those clouds/trees shapes. I've finished a similar work myself recently in terms of incorporating those spiral shapes.
