Colloquially, Rice is the equivalent of a Strong nation,like a Grain Laurel in pre-Communism era. Unfortunately, both has signify some sense of communism. So some Nations add Cotton to it, giving the Idea of a Wealthy Nation (since cotton was a very rare commodity). So wealth and Equality (^^)
