Maaay or may not add a background illustration later! I originally intended him to be circling someone on the ground, probably torturing one of CremexButter 's characters since that's what he does best. But then I started drawing, and then a little more and a little more and then it got way too complicated.
Still might do it though.For those who are interested, this is my character Nakuru in his final form, a dragon!

Man, if I were any better at drawing humans I would definitely make Nak's story into a comic, it's really developed since he was first thought up by a 12 year old ahahah! It's a lot darker, the characters more fleshed out, and I even developed a whole new world where they live in, countries and cultures and all!

And I hate to toot my own horn but I have definitely noticed a large improvement in my own artwork, although that's probably due to the fact that I have entered in a graphic design program at my college which also made me more apt to accept critique.

Actually he is my first one! My very first! I must have created him when I was 12 and he fell off the charts for a while but I just re-discovered him and he's quickly back in my favourite character spot.

I was actually thinking about that, but the original sketch was on two sheets of paper featuring both the head and the nape of the neck and I was going to keep taping paper on, drawing the body bit by bit to make an ultimate huge, full body picture of the dragon! But digitally I would never do that, this file alone is 60 inches across, I don't want to imagine what I full body would amount to!
