Well, after a while of messing with my IMVU program, I came to this avatar for myself, which actually looks more like me than the previous, which was very close. But, I love this look, so I figured I'd keep it. What do you all think? Let me know.Related content

Actually, I'm no longer with IMVU, having moved on to better and brighter things.
I'm currently involved in Second Life, a more advanced "chat room" where you can actually move around, in a virtual world. Much more than IMVU ever was.

Unfortunately... i have no interest for IMVU anymore. So a bit dissapointed that I can't chat with ya since most of the time i'm on YM or Windows live

I gave it my best shot, but I think I'll be able to get better. We'll see.

what sort of stuff does one do while in there anyway

Essentially, it's just a big chat room, but there's different rooms that can be found, or created with your furniture you have, or bought rooms, each with different actions within each. Plus, you can buy different outfits pieces for your avatar, and actions, or furniture. It's hard to explain full out, but the main objective to it is chatting.
