Okay I saw the striped suit in the thumb, and the title, and assumed this was going to be a 10th Doctor pic. Clicked to actually view it and HO DAMN WAS I WRONG. o.o;

Oh my god, he's so freaking hot!
By the way, the way you drew the shoes and fabric is simply flawless, and the lighting is phenomenal!

NO. HE'S NOT HOT. HE'LL EAT YOU. AND THEN FEED YOU TO HIS WHINY CHILDREN.
Thanks! I've had a few comments regarding about how fabric patterns are supposed to move with the folds of the clothes and figure, but I like using just a straight up texture to give it more of a fantasy aspect. Not to mention that many people use this style, my sister watched a Monte Cristo anime with it in it.
Thank you!

Yeah, the tv show chowder that was on cn for a while used that same patterning too. Like, the fabric patterning was just laid down in the bg and as the characters moved the fabric didn't follow but appeared to constantly be there, you know?

Is it bad that I read that caption in Crowley's voice? He's perfect- he's not even my character and I think this guy is perfect. Pose, atmosphere, ugh, everything- WONDERFUL! Only thing I'll tell you to keep an eye on in future, is that when you use a pattern/texture, it will move along the contours of the body accordingly (similar to folds in clothing, except the pattern moves with the flow of the garment and the body its on, if that makes sense). Regardless, great work, and if I may say, hot damn, because I think your human anatomy is getting better

" 'Ello boys!"
Oh yes, I know that but I've seen many people do that while using textures as a stylistic choice and I personally love the look it! Certainly adds to the effect of fantasy, in my opinion. I know that there is an anime based on Monte Cristo ( I don't remember the name of it although my sister watched it) that uses the same technique.

Okay, no worries! I didn't know if it was a stylistic thing you were going for or if you'd intended to go back and change stuff. Either way, he's a ridiculously dapper dude, and I read that quote in Crowley's voice but with your character's body. Crowley vibes, all the atmosphere.

Thanks! I work heavily off references now, still haven't gotten to the point where I feel comfortable not working with them but I know that day will soon come with practice!
