In a manner of speaking, it's sort of like that.Β Ahsoka concludes that she and Ventress must rescue Barriss from darkness, but in doing so they become fugitives from the Republic.Β The Jedi, Sith, Republic and Separatists are chasing them.Β So they are constantly on the run, hence the overall title of the adventures
