Batman design from Fooray. Loved it and thought it perfectly fit Tim Drake's ascent into the mantle of the bat. Did several different variations, dunno which I like best.Related content

Could try the one on the right but with red details instead of yellow.

The red one would be my vote - primarily because of his role as the "red" robin before becoming batman. Also works in well as a precursor to Terry McGinnis' "Batman Beyond" outfit that would come in later.

Red- Tim Drake or Jason Todd
Grey- Dick Grayson
Black- Damian Wayne

I agree with TeknomanScimitar, he'd most likely where the black and red for those reasons, or wear Bruce/ Grayson's Costume due to the fact that they'd have to die for him to be batman. Plus the design could lead to the batman beyond suit.

I always did love the beyond suit [link] and it didn't take long after the color scheme change for me to start wishing for a rival. xD On a more canon point I'd be hard pressed for Tim to choose the traditional Batman color scheme for any other reason than for continuity in appearances, legacy and all that. Tim has made it clear he doesn't wish to ever fill the role of the current persona Bruce has created and him using his current adopted color scheme seems like the kind of symbolic crap that angsty moments thrive on.
Plus the black and red bat-suit is so purdy. :3

he would probobly use the black and red one to continue honoring his friend Superboy, since thats why he changed the colors of his Robin constume to Black and red, Superboy's colors
