The first thing I remembered when I saw the whole "Rope Snake is tagging along with Link", I thought of some fanart there was some time ago of Mother 3 in WW style! THEY PREDICTED THE FUTURE.
But it's either just a really big coincidence (which I doubt that) or just a cool little tribute for the EB/M3 fans.
OR MAYBE A MAJOR HINT.
