This one of the most awesome Hayato cosplay I have seen, He really looks like the original one, I love the details in the t-shirt, you can see that each spike detailed; The red boots are very well painted and metal headband looks very real.
Also we can see the cosplayer is in a very good shape , that most of the time that is very important when you try to look more like the character
Since I am not comparing this image with the original character design I cant say if the details of the props are exactly the same, but these are very well done.
