so here's my 2nd attempt at posting an image of my favorite cartoon characters on my profile. here, the characters are clothed a lot more than the last one. i did take liberty and age toph to over the age of voting as well as some designs on vidia.any comments on aging toph and being "sick" will be ignored. otherwise enjoy!

she's from the Disney Fairies story books. she's a speed freak outsider, hence why i like her more than the other cheery characters disney makes.
