Everything is perfect but the hair.. try to put as much effort in the hair as you do in everything else.. it doesn't look as realistic as the face..

Yeah, it happened to me too.. but once you get the hair as realistic as it can be, it's a great feeling ;-D :-D

Oh can you tell me what pen youre using? I never get how so many people on DA can get so dark colours, for ex. at the eyes, mouth.

for the dar areas i used a normal 8B pencils or a 0,7 mm mechanical pencil. just push the pencil on the paper and do many layers
