This is (as the title says) an OC I thought up for an unwritten fanfic for Sky High. This is a picture of her AFTER graduation, in her suit. Her Codename is StormDragon.
She is also the stepsister of my Psion Enigma [link] and a good friend of [link]

Personality: Fun-loving, athletic, vengeful, dynamic.

Short Bio: Born to a normal mother and a Electrically powered father, she has always been a very dynamic, energized person, until her mother died in an accident. Melancholy for a few years, until rage was felt when her father started dating a certain psychic. It was fortunate that her stepbrother-to-be also was psychic, so he could warn his mother about certain sudden squalls and rain that could ruin her dating outfits. She got over the idea of having a stepmother and eventually warmed up to her new mom. The fact that she can't surprise her brother with weather tricks drives her crazy, although she did encourage him into taking martial arts classes with her so she would have an excuse to pummel him. Despite her exterior she does care about her new twin (yes, they were born on the same day in the same year). Thankfully she's learned to control her emotions, and made plenty of friends at Sky High.

Powers: Weather-monger able to affect the weather in a 2 mile wide radius (it will grow as she does). She can call rain, sleet , snow, fog, thunder, and lightning (though that takes longer, and while she can shoot electricity through her hands, it takes at least 2 hours to recharge unless she can tap into an electrical power source) She is also quite skilled in armed and unarmed combat.
