Powers: Standard RainWing powers; venom, camouflage, etc.
Physical Description: Axolotl is mostly a standard RainWing in build, with a narrow snout, long neck and tail, closely spaced spines, etc. However, he does happen to have wings that are a bit large for his body, which is about the average size for his age. She prefers pale colors, usually pinks and greens, but it seems she has poor control over the colors by her missing left foreleg, which are almost always white or off-white.

Empathetic
Axolotl has many emotions of their own to deal with, but on top of all that, it seems that they can't help but sympathize with others' situations, and often ends up taking on others' feelings as if they were his own. He often tries to help others when he feels bad things, but he also knows when to back off and his help isn't wanted.
Athletic
Whenever Axolotl starts feeling restless, he loves to get outside, to just feel the earth under his claws as he thunders through a forest or feel the burn of his muscles as he scales the mountainside without wings. Perhaps his favorite thing to do is fly, though. In the rainforest, most of the RainWings never left the canopy, and when Axolotl did, he was considered odd. Now, he has all the room in the world to stretch his wings and soar, with no one to really judge him for it.
After his accident, he's been a bit too depressed to do much of anything, but during his free time and once he had recovered enough he would go on long flights to find solitude.
Helpful
Axolotl likes to lend a talon to anyone they can in any way they can. She's not known for turning down an opportunity to assist someone in need, and if someone is desperate for assistance in a task they just can't do on their own or just doesn't want to be refused help, one of their first thoughts might be Axolotl if they know her well enough.
Maternal
Though RainWings come with no built-in sense of motherhood, when it comes to Axolotl's friends, he is like a mother duckling, always fretting over them and making sure they're alright, and that they've eaten enough, and, oh, did you know you did wonderful on that assignment the other day? Everyone finds the RainWing slightly hilarious in this regard.
Dissembling
Axo has a bit of a problem. They can't bear to let others know what they're feeling. Of course, this doesn't include when they're happy or in an otherwise good mood - then, they're fine with letting others know what's up and trying to spread their cheer. However, they have a bit of a hard time admitting when they're feeling sad, not wanting their friends to worry about them.
Tries Their Best
Axolotl does what they can and then tries to do even better, but sometimes it's just not enough. They aren't the greatest at anything, and are, in fact, really bad at most things, but they still keep trying and trying until they can't any more. They don't want to look back and have regrets just because they didn't.
Curious
Axolotl would like to know, what's that you're holding? What's that scroll say? Are they saying something important in that side tunnel over there? Can you eat that, and what does it taste like? That is to say, Axolotl wants to know everything about everything, and sometimes, it has potential to get him into a lot of trouble if she happens to be snooping where she shouldn't be.
Withdrawn
Axolotl doesn't seem to want to talk much after their "accident," and usually stays to themself when they can. They will purposely avoid large social situations whereas before they largely enjoyed being in the company of others, and they even skirt around dragons who they would consider their friends.
Transparent
Despite trying to hide their feelings, their mind wanders so much that what they're thinking often displays on their face, and if not on their face, then on their scales. Negative emotions tend to bleed through, and they have to make an effort if they want to keep the pink painted on their scales and a smile plastered on their snout.
Sloppy
If Axolotl's been around, there's a good chance you'll know it. They tend to leave a bit of a path of destruction in their wake, as they take things off of shelves and then forget to put them back, or knock things over with their clumsy wings and don't notice. It can be quite irritating to be around Axolotl if you happen to hate messes.
Inattentive
Unfortunately for all of Axolotl's big aspirations, he gets distracted. A lot. She can't seem to stay focused on any one thing, her mind going this way and that until she's brought back to reality. She has a hard time in her classes because of it, and it can make reading long scrolls difficult for her if she doesn't have a good atmosphere to focus in, even though she does enjoy reading to further herself.

Egg/Newborn: As with most RainWing children, Axolotl was destined never to know their parents. They hatched on a normal, sunny day, rolling right out of their egg along with several other dragonets, and perhaps among them, somewhere, were her clutchmates, if she had any at all. He was a healthy dragonet right away, toddling about and playing with the others, using his camouflage to play RainWing games and practice. He especially loved cuddling up to the clutchsitters when the nice ones would come in and tell the younglings stories.
Dragonet: Axolotl was sent out of the nursery when it was their time, and they took to the jungle in a strange manner. It was like they knew it better than they knew other RainWings, which in turn made many of them uncomfortable around the dragonet. They were all used to socializing with each other cheerfully and regularly, but the rest of them weren't so curious, and they definitely were not that hyper all the time. Axolotl was normal enough to have a few friends their age, though, both NightWing and RainWing friends, as well as everything in between. Despite that, they were among the first RainWings chosen to go with their age group to Jade Mountain Academy when it was time to start a new year, and she's been happy there since, glad for a chance to learn new things about other tribes. They are still grateful for the chance to learn, even if it's difficult sometimes, and they always try to do their best, even if it doesn't turn out that great.
Axolotl was happy in the academy, socializing with all sorts of other dragonets and exploring parts of the other tribes' cultures that they had never even thought about before. They made great friends with some of the dragons in their winglet, like Dama, Glaze, and of course, his new friend and confidant, Shoal, but the friendships didn't end there. They have a whole hoard of friends now, though they are probably closest to those that were in their winglet. They enjoyed events over the course of the year with their friends, such as club activities, classes about new and interesting subjects (Axolotl loved Paraque's teachings!), and even big things like the ball, the giant sleepover, and the day of togetherness celebrations!
.... Well, maybe the ball wasn't so great. It caused a lot of tension in Axolotl's life between them and their former best friend, Bat. Instead of going home when the summer came around, Axolotl asked for Iridescent's help to escape to Possibility, a place where they could continue gaining new experiences as they roomed with Pronghorn, a friend of Iri, and worked under Stinger, a friend of Pronghorn. Life was fine for about a week until they were mugged for a brooch Pronghorn had allowed them to borrow for a date. The brooch was stolen, and Axolotl, in attempting to escape, had their leg sliced off rather messily. What was left had to be amputated, and they were sent home to the rainforest to recover. Once there, they were able to make amends with Bat and come to an understanding, but that didn't stop the pain they felt from their fresher wound.
Axolotl began to prefer spending more time alone than with others, but despite that, and despite the fear of what would happen once they returned, they signed up for another year at the academy. They anxiously await to see what kind of news this year will bring.
