I asked folks on tumblr to give me the names of their favorite female characters from tmnt so I could draw them all together minus April & Karai because I draw them all the time anyway. I got: Venus, Jhanna, Irma, Angel, Renet, Mona Lisa, Ninjara and Alopex.
Obviously, Irma’s look is a pure speculation based on that girl from April’s school. I drew Angel as her IDW!self because it’s my favorite incarnation of her (she so baddass and awesome *u*). Also, 2k3!Jhanna because I have no idea what she was like in the comics.
I know almost nothing about some of these ladies so forgive me if something is wrong :>

Of course I love this pic. I was sad that Irma turned out to be something we would like to forget. But I still love her and we still have fanfictions and art. Renet and Angel are among my fav TMNT ladies, and I like Alopex just as well.
But... no love for April or Karai xD?

Ooh! TMNT ladies are such unique, powerful characters. They are all very distinct, and you captured their personalities perfectly in their expressions and poses. I especially like Angel here, she looks so cool!
