This is a decent picture, but it needs some improvement. The sky is a bit off, but overall nice to look at, The two characters are cute, but not very expressive in my opinion. They both seem to suffer from "Same face syndrome", but it's really easy to fix, just try to do more than a simple frown, and smile.
The anatomy of the two ponies is a bit off, because their legs, body, and wings seem to be too skinny and long for a pegasus, or a horse. Pegasus, Earth ponies, and Unicorns tend to be stocky, and fit just like real horses. The line art is nice, but I really dont like the fact that there are little white lines around the line art, and I advice you to use layers to properly fill the whole thing in.

Well... All is good, but, heres are mine opinion... :
The EYES: They are verry good, but the eyes are see... ΒΏThe hair of the oder i think? I mean, may be ΒΏSunrise? its see Indigo EYES...
The Wings : Yeah, all the artist have diferent wing styles. I think the wings are good... A little bit big.
The hair design: Realy. Whoaw This thing i dont have eny critic.
Character colors: They are awosome colors. But Indigo Dash Hair color... Its your oc. The black color in the hair... All the time i see the indigo hair.. I think In Sunrise you need to give she a litle bit more of color to she..
Its MY OPINION. MY CRITIQUE.. You can do it or not..

Imi place foarte mult desenul <3
Si fundalul imi place foarte mult, dar liniile albe ramase langa caractere sunt putin enervante. Stiu ca este de la selectie, dar poti da cu selectia normala in locurile unde magic wand-ul nu a ajuns, si locurile acelea vor disparea. Imi place textura ierbii, dar ar putea sa mearga pana putin mai sus, si sa aiba si niste iarba de un verde mai deschis decat culoarea de baza - ca si cum ai da textura parului.
Aripile sunt putin cam mari, dar imi place faptul ca penele au iesit foarte bine.
La Sunrise e un petic portocaliu unde ar fi trebuit sa fie fundalul (intre coada si corp), dar nu schimba imaginea prea tare.
Pulpa de la picioare e putin prea aplecata, dar imi place mult felul tau de a face picioarele subtiri.
Sincer, ai evoluat mult de la primele tale desene.
