Hey little sweet, sorry for the ''rude'' critique, but artiste need this.
It takes a good criticism to have a minimum in drawing, I know that its sad to have critics like his, I got it you can believe me.
1-Drawing Style
I am not too fan of style to say, the shapes should be improved. It is not too attractive.
2-Coloring
This one is hard at first I know, I was a deese in the art of '' bad coloring ''. First, I see several places with small black spots, you need to be thorough. Second, if I'm wrong, you shade with black, is not advising! Or if it is not, the shade is much too dark!
3-Hair
Ok, if you're going to do it in detail and you're throwing yourself into the hair like so many, you'll have to do each very definitely and take your time. You should not make your hair style at first and concentrate on the shade.
4-Eyes
I love how you make the eyes.
I think this is so cute like that!
5-Wing
The wings are VERY difficult, I know myself I can not do it perfectly.
I think your way, you made it too fast. Go slowly, Art is learned and takes patience.

it's pretty good overall, I really like it, but here are a few things I think could be better:
the head seems a bit too big compared to the body. you might also wanna try adding nostrils to the muzzle to make the perspective look better (I'm bad at explaining) and also maybe add more shape to the legs? for example, making the leg thicker in the lower part of the leg than in the higher part of the leg
also, the eye that's under the hair could be a bit lower-positioned
I really like the way you shaded the hair, but maybe make the black parts more rare (like on the left lower part of the hair)? also, there are some blank spots in the hair (which only have the color and no lines on it). I suggest either making the shading get there too or making a layer or two underneath for basic hair texture
the wing luminosity could be less opaque and maybe spread more onto the feather? It looks a bit too circle-ish, and id lower the opacity on the body shading too
id use a colored outline cuz idk, I just think it looks better
and I don't know if you do this or not, but flipping the canvas while you're drawing and looking at it will help you see mistakes you wouldn't see if it wasn't flipped
I really like the way you used the light source, and you improved A LOT since I looked at one of your drawings in a more in-depth way ^^
what I said earlier is just my own personal opinion. there's nothing wrong with the way you're doing things, and you should always do things the way you want to do them
