This is the payment to rainslickThe base color is green because it didn't look good with a white one. The BG for Caliope is meant to look like the circles that appears around a Pokémon using Calm Mind. Also I have no clue what happened to that one pixel line it looks fine in SAI :/
Levels:
Calliope : Fullbody (2) x2 + Shading (2) x2 + Simple BG (1) x2 = 10 levels + learnt Calm Mind
Adaigo : Fullbody (2) x2 + Shading (2) x2 + Simple BG (1) x2 = 10 levels + Learn Telekinesis
