it's so rare to see traditional media these days.. at least for me. you did a great job. one thing i would recommend, even though it's too late, i think you should've made her right arm stand out more, it looks like it's part of her hair. but other than that, there's a calming and happy element behind this picture that i like :]

I like. Though I wish that the skin and the hair were slightly different in color, especially around her left arm, because it looks like she doesn't have an arm with how it blends into the hair.

I really enjoy the sense of emotion in this piece and I recognize the constant flow of the wind that is followed throughout the entire piece, this is very good technical skill use. I also like how you didn't shy away from landscape depth and detail.
Any flaws here are due to lack of concentration discipline (which is learned through tenure) and proper lighting understanding. I find that the values in this piece are all rather similar and this is a common mistake that young artists make. By keeping all the color too similar you dull the picture and the emotion and meaning can be lost. By laying on the shadows in covered areas you can bring out the line definition and colors. It's important to never shy away from value extremes, getting the full range breathes life into art. I also dislike the lack of variety in the grass towards the background, normally grass is flecked with browns/black/blues/ and other greens, imperfections after all, is what creates beauty.
After that, I find this piece very warm and lovely.

I does has that summer feeling all over it. I can imagine the nice warm breeze she's feeling.
My only critique for this one could be the placement of the character, her elbow is cut off..
And to even improve this summer feeling, a bigger canvas with more sky would do just that. ^^

Ah, this is such a sweet and pretty style you've got going here, it's a painting that really make you happy, and I love he textured look of the paper, especiually in the sky-area.
Some things that could be improved though.. The hand looks a bit off, but I don't really think that matters. I'm looouuussyyyy at hands myself.
Other than that, her right arm sort of disappears into her hair, and for a split second I actually thought she was one-armed. Maybe the arm could have been more distinguished somehow.
