Description
From the directors of Cloudy with a Chance of MeatballsEmmet (Chris Pratt) is just your ordinary LEGO guy, living life as normal. At least until he is mistaken for the Master Builder. Despite Emmet's protests, he is joined by Wyldstyle (Elizabeth Banks), Vitruvius (Morgan Freeman) and Batman (Will Arnett) to stop Lord Business's (Will Ferrell) plan to destroy the LEGO world by gluing it together.
The cast also includes Liam Neeson, Charlie Day and Alison Brie.
Oh, just a heads up, just to be safe for those who haven't seen the movie yet, PLEASE DON'T POST SPOILERS IN THE COMMENTS!!!

Indeed. I never expected an animated film released in early February to become quite a success at some point in my life, probably because it's been a tad over sixty years since an animated film released at that time of year was quite successful...of course, I'm referring to Disney's Peter Pan, though dump months were supposedly less common then.

Will Arnet voiced Link in the Monsters Vs. Aliens movie, but Deidrich Bader voiced Link in the show.
Bader voiced Batman in Batman the Brave and the Bold, but now he's replaced by Arnet.

This looks interesting. Seeing it's distributed by Warner Bros. explains why only DC Lego figures are featured and not Marvel ones XD (Right now, DC could use the exposure 
I like how it's a mix of stop motion and CGI. The CGI used only sparringly and when needed. I like that a lot. Someone is learning CGI is a tool. Not a gimmick.

Interestingly, this movie is a co-production between the US and Australia. The entire movie was filmed at Fox Studios Sydney (yes, Australia has their very own movie studio!
