hey thanks, i've had to resolder the original pickups back on cos there was a problem with the ones i was gonna get- when i cut the wires, it was pretty difficult to resolder them because each wire had two seperate wires inside it, which i didn't really expect so i got my bf to do it for me, haha.

but yeah, its a fun project to do, but i bought a cheap guitar that didn't mean anything to me personally, so i didn't mess my good ones up lol. i think i got that one for about £40 in total, so not too bad! you could airbrush some awesome stuff on it XD

well, yeah, i intended to airbrush something on it....
...and add like 2 humbuckers(even though one would do it, since i play only on neck pickup), get rid of tone knobs and maybe get a two way switch or someting...so i intend to make new pickguard and also paint it(i intend to use transparent plastic, so i would paint only the inside part and flip it around XP)...well pickguard will be interesting thing to do, since i think about making it, so it would cover most of the frontside of guitar(and look like one peace i guess..)..so that would be my plan........

......the problem is, i don't really know what to paint on it...sheesh .: ......got an idea?

ooof good plans, and theres so many choices of what to do
well i'm really into punk myself, if i were to do mine again i'd go a bit more crazy on that theme, but i guess you can go more overboard with airbruhing, compared to my crappy stencilling! should look awesome

to the topic - oh well...there's a lot of stenciling in airbrushing....just i little less of the conventional one, and with a lot more freehanding.....but yes...details are much easier to get with airbrush

well yeah....music is good
hmm...i'm a big fan of Glenn Danzig, and his creations with Danzig, and of course Misfits......there's also quite a lot of metal that i listen(type o negative, arch enemy, nevermore, ...)since i was/am metalhead for a lot of years now.......also quite some HC(comeback kid, bane,...)some japanese metal bands(big fan of dir en grey )also some industrial, trance, but lately just a lot of metalcore, post hc(omg, i'm EMO ) and of course quite some punk(black flag, old AFI-first 3 records, bad religion,...) and a bunch of horror punk bands as well......well, that was a rough description

Awesome, pretty fantastic music taste lol. Myself it ranges from Punk- the proper meaningful sort, to hardcore/ska/folk/indie, my fave bands currently being Against Me (the older albums) Rancid, Dropkick Murphys, Bad Religion etc. but I give everything a go!
