I didn't manage to come up with something very specifically aimed at Mother's Day, but am posting this today as a Mother's Day gift to the lovely bondage model

Rebecca knew something was in store for her when her boss asked her to dress up sexy today. That always meant a short skirt or dress, and seductive high heels, so she selected a teasingly revealing short leather skirt, shiny tan pantyhose, a silky classy white shirt, and her newest strappy 5" stiletto sandals that were suitable for a night out clubbing. She loved being a secretary in part because the stereotype of the sexy dressed secretary was true at her office. The fun predicaments she got put into on occasion was an added benefit.
After nobody else was left in the office, and her boss opened the large drawer in his desk where he kept the gags and restraints, Rebecca already began to feel her knees turn to jelly and the trance-like state of bliss made her eyelids a bit heavy.
"Don't worry, I called your husband and let him know you'll be working late so he and the kids won't worry." her boss assured her as he cinched a knot on the black cotton strip of cloth that held the wadded handkerchief stuffed into her mouth. "I'm going to get a lot of shots of this!"
