Form what I can gather from the other comments this a character from the Powerpuff girls......I know who they are but I've never seen the show (I really feel like I'm missing out on something now!) Therefore I'll just take it as is!
I really like the funky design you've cranked out, love the flames and halo type effect behind his head nice touch, I'm a big fan of it myself! I like the colours as well.....like the perspective you've got happenin' but I'm a bit unsure about his left hand, not quite right (or could look wrong because it is right!)!
Still the pic is very fresh and has much funkiness to it, looks concert poster worthy to me! Rocks most hard, keep channeling the mojo!!!
