I thought it was Yuzu from Yugioh Arc V from seeing it in the preview, but upon closer look it wasn't. She just reminds me of her. She looks adorable.
I like the colour scheme with your art style, it's very playful and sweet (erm, ignoring the stores in the background xD) and the off center perspective really helps with that.
