You're very welcome. I forgot to say, I really like the delicateness of the hand, too. The fingers are so elegant, and the way the beads cascade across them is beautiful

thanks! With my photos I don't do much editing either, actually all the editing on this I did was contrast and changed the tint a little to make it more brownish

I think there is some rush hours on dA...then it's very slow and full view not always/often working. There's a crowd in here !

nice interpretation of the photo, never would have thought of it. I thought it looked more like someone reaching out to God in a time of suffering

I guess each person's stance on faith can yield different interpretations, and I can see how someone could view it as someone reaching out to god as well. The fact that it can be interpreted so differently shows that it's a good piece.

Ah same difference. Where you choose to zoom into is the same as cropping really isn't it? It's finding a composition that works to your purpose.
