Description
Edited* 1-2-09I redrew Hachi (the big dude) in the back. I cleaned it up in Photoshop. I was about to add the captain of the kido corp in the back but got lazy.
So...I'm finally done with this. Took me 2 days to finish, lol. (Was mostly looking for references)
All done in ink.

since it doesn't seem the manga will show any more full hollow mode (although the anime might show more in a long time, they better be). you could just show those that have been revealed, mashiro, kensei, ighigo and maybe shinji. shinji was shown partial transformation (mainly a bony chest), you could just expand on it. my guess is, just as mashiro is a "kick" type and kensei a "punch" type, shinji is a "claw" type. thin arm and big claws.

They're probably going to show all their hollow masks in the manga since they're about to fight Aizen. I might do a drawing of them when that time arrives.

To me, it looks more like they're going to go off and kill anyone who gets in their way, and not just Aizen.
After all, Soul Society was going to deal with them as hollows.
Also, if Urahara and Vaizard were on good terms, they wouldn't have lost communication on purpose. They would still be together, after all those years... but something split them apart. Urahara even said the Vaizard don't seem to be their allies when he spoke to Isshin.
I have a feeling that they will be a third party in this war, and are only in it for their own purpose.
