herbal tea as I find it tastier and I flee cafeine
though I have my weakness for that japanese green tea with puffed rice
I suppose you could also have herbal tea with puffed rice, but I haven't yet seen it anywhere

there is a kind of Earl Grey Breakfast Tea that i like very much that was served on a ship i once worked on ( crewed mostly by fugitives and exiles from the UK
once i returned to the U.S. i couldn't find it anywhere, and since nothing in the U.S. compared i lost interest in tea for a time ( in the days long before the internet made everything available everywhere )
now i use many cups of hot tea ( mostly black teas ) each day to stay warm in the winter
one brews up a cup, leans back in the recliner, and sets the base of the cup on one's tummy. It warms your hands, warms your tummy from the outside, and warms your insides as you drink it ~ as close to heaven as i will likely ever get ~
