It really annoys me to see a culture where women are implored to doll themselves up as much as possible and diet as much as they can, whereas men are allowed to get as fat as they want and get lazy buzzcuts without anyone batting an eye. It causes a lot of problems.

it really does. im all for people doing what they want with their body - they want make up? all right! they dont? thats cool too! they want to diet? thats fine, and if not im okay with that too!
i just wish society felt the same; women are expected to do so much, yet are also constrained and not allowed to do anything.

and for men, they are also expected to fill in the 'man' role and are shunned as a male if they do not!
it will be a long time before any of this is fixed, but hopefully, the human race will reach that point, at some time. : (
