[EDIT] there's a bit of a glitch near the eye. I assure you that the actual icon doesn't have that. [/EDIT]If you guys want one like this, they go for 15-20 points depending on how complex it is. I can also do more complex animating. ^^
This particular icon is actually the hi-res version of a gift icon for ~dragonkingflame101 . It is a gift because I know dragonkingflame irl.

Oh, by the way, I'm having a bit of trouble with Photoshop and converting the files right now, so it IS a possibility that I won't be able to upload an animated version...but we'll have to see. I'm pretty sure it'll all work out.
