What? It doesn't say it's free to use in the description, and it's even traditionally done, so it would be hard for you to use the lines cleanly anyway.
Plus it's old art and it doesn't look good....

Ah, neat. Personally I'd put a little more muscle on that wing-arm though, birds have some quite thick flight muscles and dragons (and wyverns) are somewhat bigger. I like the overall look of this one though, great work on the anatomy and I love the way the tail curls around.

Well the fingers would still be thin, the arms just need to be a bit thicker, draw them the thickness you'd draw the front legs would probably be a good guideline, and have it thin out at the "hand" joint, or just experiment and see what looks right.
