AAA THIS IS MY PRECIOUS BABBU KIRIN Halcyon! He was designed by MY DARLING flutterhush !!
SHE CAN MAKE SUCH LOVELY PONIES AND DESIGNS BUT SHE DOESN'T POST /CRIESSS

Anyway Halcyon is from the kirin continent of Tai'an! His village is called Serpent's Rest which believes the great goddess dragon Azurara fell into deep slumber there, protecting it and making the lands fertile and with great tea plants.
But the dragons are mysteriously disappearing so Halcyon's gone off with Eastern Gale (another kirin I'll draw soon), to see if he can find them. He sends gifts back to his little sister who isn't allowed to leave since she's believed to be the vessel for the soul of Azurara.
Halcyon's skilled at calming any kind of dragon with his music, he plays a flute for them and dances with them. He can also brew tea that'd calm a hyper dragon down in moments.
