The Phantom Blot unites with some other enemies of Mickey Mouse: Professor Ecks, his cohorts Professors Doublex and Triplex, the Rhyming Man, Eli Squinch, and some others that aren't pictured here.
The Phantom Blot's plan this time is to spy on Mickey and kill him when they find out how to get him vulnerable.
We end the first page of this story with Mickey and Minnie sleeping.
