Throttle, Vinnie, and Modo drive to the Plutarkian and Catatonian bases with the intent of rescuing Harley and putting an end to the two races' revenge schemes.

Hannibal T. Hairball notifies Lawrence Limburger and Dr. Karbunkle, who gleefully send the signal to all the villains they've gathered to kill the Biker Mice. The other Plutarkians Gutama Gouda, Napoleon Brie, and Gerald Gruyere are very pleased.

As it turns out, all of the past foes of the Biker Mice that have been recruited to kill the three are Evil Eye Weevil, Flare, 'Lectromag, Corroder Cody, and Gorgonzola and Monsterella.

Harley finds Modo's nephew Rimfire in the dungeon. Both of them decide to bust out so they can join in the fight.
