Still another page of this Mighty Mouse fan comic spoofing the Superman story Whatever Happened to the Man of Tomorrow?

A close friend of mine, , has told me that he doesn't like how this story has been going. I concede with him that this story has been a bit bleak, so starting with this page, considerably less characters will be killed off. There will still be some deaths, but from here on now they'll only happen to evil characters.

Mighty Mouse finds himself face to face with Cerebriac controlling the body of Petey Pate, the Cow empowering himself with an energy shield of Limburger, and the time-traveling future selves of the Catnip Gang (Julius "Pinhead' Slovodka, No Chin Charlie, and Shorty the Runt). Fortunately for Mighty, he doesn't have to fight alone, for joining him in the fray are Pearl Pureheart, Mighty Flea, Nell, and Scrappy, the last two have gained super powers to prepare for the battle.

Nell puts the Cow into his place and convinces him to go straight. Cerebriac is incensed that the Cow has turned on him, but Petey Pate resists the alien computer's influence long enough to beg Nell to put him out of his misery. Nell doesn't like doing it, but she complies and snaps Petey's neck. Anyone who's read the Superman comic this story parodies will surely anticipate that this does not mean Cerebriac is out of action just yet.

Nell is then electrocuted by Pinhead. She survives, but Mighty is still infuriated and prepares to open a can of butt-whoop on the Catnip Gang.
