this is an updated design from her original design , which was done july 19th of 2015
i'm actually happy with it now

-Bluey is a permafusion. She is very tentative about fusion for that reason, and probably won't fuse with anybody else unless it's a dire situation. Suggest it otherwise and you don't want your kneecaps apparently. She is a fusion between Blue Serendibite and Tiger's Eye.
-Her main set of eyes are rather weak, whereas her second and smaller pair are extremely strong yet are usually closed. To read, or see things from a large distance, she normally has to open them.
-The gas mask she wears is purely for show. It was something she "borrowed" after first fusing because "It looks cool." If she unfuses manually, Tiger's Eye is the one to usually hold it. It's just a novelty item that means something to all three of them.
-Cargo bellbottom jeans are fucking cool, and if you disagree with her, you don't want your kneecaps apparently.
-Bluey is a complete smartass. She has her moments of sweetness but expect a lot of sarcasm.
-Her weapon was something she failed to create for a long time after Tiger's Eye and Serendibite decided to fuse.
-Don't expect her to take off the gas mask either. You must REALLY hate your kneecaps.
