wow anne ^_^ you really outdid yourself on this one, the dress is amazing you really captured that japanese look on it i'm very impressed, and even the bow tie at the back that comes around to the front just looks beautiful! Jeez! I can't get over the front of the dress! I love how you perfected all the different "flows" in it, and shaded it so well ! the only thing im concerned about in this, is the hair. Don't get me wrong, the shape is perfect, it all flows perfectly, the only thing is the shading of the hair. It looks all jaggedy towards the middle, i suggest when you're getting towards the middle going into the neck, make the highlight darker, because it's going "in" right? and keeping the highlights all straight and balanced so it's symmetrical , but everything else is just perfect and i love it ^_^. (if you don't understand what im trying to say, just ask about anything in particular ^_^ and i'll be glad to reword it )
