And here's the 2nd twin, Sailor Pisces (she's twins with Sailor Aries) and she's the neat one ^__^This was #11 of the Zodiac Senshi, so there's only one more to come: Sailor Libra....
Anyway, she is ok I think. Nothing special, but she could also be worse.

Gorgeous costume and very pretty char, though I don't feel the two really mixing mostly due to her hair. Kinda' clashes, but as you said, its not bad at all though its not quite perfect

great job, Anne! the only thing im concerned about, is the hair. first: the colour. i dont know if pisces' colour is purple? but the colour of the hair really doesnt match the outfit. Maybe making the blue in the outfit a darker deep purple would help? and making the bow the blue colour

Hi dear. I'm really glad you give criticism but this time I have to tell you: the colors are exactly like they're supposed to be: purple hair, blue skirt, red bows ^__^ I'm not really fond of this color combination either but who am I to change Janelle's character?
And 2nd: The hair - she is supposed to have a bun at the side of her head with hair hanging down from it, so I guess, that's what I made ^__^
But I'm thankful for the comment about the shading on the hair. I'll maybe do something about it *g*
