'Koi 002'Watercolour with squid ink outline (brush pen) on 8" x 10" watercolour paper.
Another koi painting, more colourful this time. :3 I still can't make the paint do what I want but it's fun anyways. I got tons of watercolour paper left which means practice, practice. C:

Deehee I once gave a couple of carps some bread crumbs. All of a sudden, the rest of the shoal appeared (they were, like, 50, more or less) and started fighting over the crumbs, but what's worse is that they all started following me as I walked on the banks of this artificial pond, still fighting against each other (and slpashing water) to be in the front line °A°' I was terrified (and, ok, a little bit amused xDDD). I don't trust them anymore. Crazy fish. çAç

LOL! i went to Las Vegas last fall (2009) and in the courtyard of the casino/hotel i was staying at they had some artificial ponds and waterfalls with HUGE koi in them (the small ones were the size of house cats). i was watching one in particular and was waiting for him to come to the surface and when he did i pet his cute little fish nose!

lol! i think it was for the best. my fish tank would not have been big enough for him. also, the koi i have now might have gotten jealous.

I like this one much better. I love your wok on the gold one's fins. They look very neat. Nice ripple effects on the water, too.
