This is very good. I love the style you chose and the shading you did for the hair. Though, I do see a few errors.
For one, your copyright signature shouldn't be right on Italy's shoulder. It looks tacky and very distracting. It needs to be on the bottom left hand corner, and written neatly in print. The print looks messy and unprofessional. If I made my copyright signature like that back in high school in art class, my teacher would lower my grade on that, even if my art was a work of genius. Also, your name would be there too above or on the left of your copyright signature.
The shading for everything else, outside of the hair, doesn't match the amazing shading you did with the hair. It's too two dimensional. You have to decide to rather make the shading cartoony or have it blend naturally. You can't have both or the picture will look messy. Artists that do try something like that usually know what they're doing and have been taught how to do it expertly.
The neck should also have shade, since the head is blocking the light from the neck. There is also no shade from the suit.
The rest is great. Keep working on that, especially where you put your signatures. It matters just as much as the artwork.
