Last night,I attempted to draw a owl which is a hero as well then I thought what if a owl was Robin Hood?Maybe it's really fun!But,when the result turns out,I don't think it's as good as I thought,I probably didnt catch some features of owl.
And it's too hard to keep the character same in different angles and moods.

ps:你觉得不太像猫头鹰可能是因为加了帽子！猫头鹰最大的特点就是它们的头有点像猫，你把帽子挡着头顶，就比较像一般的鸟类了~

That is the most adorable owl I have ever seen! XD I LOVE birds so this put quite the huge smilie on my face, what kind of sketch pencil did you used for the concept sketches? I really like this colour actually. Again so adorable, this almost does look like a character concept sheet for an animation
