Klogg is the villain from the Point and Click game The Neverhood, a story based on Creation.Klogg was the first creation of Hoborg, but got jealous of Hoborgs creating power, and stole it from him.

Oh my my my, I haven't played this game since primary school! I used to love it, but it was always impossible to get past the door with the tubes of water out the front because my school didn't have speakers .____.;;
