B I O G R A P H Y:
    Rin was born in Kobe, Japan; and she lives with her single mother. Her father died when she was 12, so she’d been under her mom’s wing ever since. Her cousin, Kazuo, used to visit her during the summer when they were younger, so they spent a lot of time together each summer. They’d often visit each other a few times a month, considering Osaka (where Kazuo lives) and Kobe are only 35 minutes or so apart. Kazuo had left to the Philippines (since he is mixed) when Rin’s father died; it was a dark time for Rin, because she wanted his comfort badly, him being the only person she was very close with and trusted, but he wasn’t even there in the same country as her. The family had the funeral a couple days after, causing Kazuo’s vacation to be cut a little shorter than planned.
    Her mother and Rin are financially stable now, in addition to the money given to them after the death. Rin never felt comfortable spending that money, but her family insisted that her father wouldn’t mind, as long as it’s spent wisely. Her father was always a good man, and she never had any problems with him. She visited South Korea before, taking classes at the 1Million Dance Studio. That’s the only country she has visited, though, as Rin and her mother sometimes travel Japan to other prefectures and sights, etc.
    As a kid, she was always really active, and grew a love for dancing when she was 12, being a cheerleader throughout junior high up until her first year of high school. She has never had a problem with exercise, as she enjoys movement, but... She still steals everybody’s food. And now, she’s a third year at Tachibana High and she’s loving it.
