Just my version of ..? what can i say, to put the meaning of their names in their boyish looks. Kind of a costume play.Koschei to be " Koschei the deathless" and with Theta as a contrast i wanted to go conservative, but I don't know much about Timelord dress&ornament and little I know, I don't like them. So I just rubbed it in and dressed him whatever i liked
