EDIT: This has been festering for a while and dESPERATELY NEEDS TO BE UPDATED. A little disclaimer, I know Hetalia is about countries and whatnot, not personified towns, but the idea first came when a friend and I joked about this town.

I couldn't resist.

**There is no date for the establishment of Hell, but the village resides in the now non-existent Lånke municipality. The date of establishment for Lånke was January 1st, and that became Hell's presumed birthdate.

Appearance
Hell has a studiously cared for appearance, as he's very self-conscious of how he appears. His hair is platinum blonde, with a curtained right fringe. He wears mostly darker colors, such as the blue vest and black sweater, slacks, and shoes. He wears white gloves, and wears a red scarf. Characteristically, sparkles flit about his head on one side or the other.

Personality and Interests
In short, Hell is not a "people person." Living in a rural part of Norway, he's not very open. He speaks in a somewhat old manner, and is not fond of foreign touch in the slightest. (The wearing of his gloves helps when having to meet with others, especially during group plannings of his yearly blues festival.) He is generally courteous to those he speaks to. Since he uses his own name in puns, it can be presumed he has at least a small, if any, sense of humor.

As aforementioned, Hell runs a local blues festival, attracting blues artists from around the county. He simply loves music, particularly blues and jazz, along with other sub-categories of blues. He owns a well-cared for trumpet that he's had since the 1980's, when the blues went international. Beforehand, he had still played now ancient brass instruments.

History
Being a small town, Hell has not much of a history, but carvings on rock very close to the town show that the town has existed since 6000 BC, but Hell had not received a name until 2000 BC, when he started being called Hellir. (An Old Norse word meaning "overhang" or "cliff cave.") The town was presumably a trading post in the old days.

There is a wide gap between the ancient times to modern times in his history, but inhabitants remain.

In 1881, the famous Hell Station was built. It's a railway station that lies at the intersection of the Nordland Line and Meråker Line. The restaurant inside was taken over in 1922 by Norsk Spisevognselskap, but was later returned to private operation in 1934. After 1992, the station remained unmanned and unused, however the trains still stop at the station. A sign on the station reading "Hell / Gods-Expedition" (Archaic Norwegian for "fright service" or "cargo handling.") has made the station a tourist attraction, mostly for overseas English-speakers, because of the rather funny sign.

The most notable person from Hell is Mona Grudt, a woman from the town who was the first Norwegian woman to ever win the Miss Universe pageant in 1990, and she also won Miss Norway in 1990. For publicity reasons, she called herself the "Beauty Queen from Hell" when entering the Miss Universe pageant.

Hell first began his annual blues festivals in 1992, calling it "Blues in Hell." Later, he changed the name to Hell Music Festival to open the festival to other genres of music, but that seemingly failed since the festival attracted hardly any concert-goers in 2007, and then declared bankruptcy in 2008. The same year, another festival was created, again called "Blues in Hell," going back to the original idea. In 2010, Hell was very proud when the festival was named the best blues festival in Norway.

Other Facts
- If you caught a train at Hell Station, the farthest you could possibly go is to Östersund, Sweden. It is because of this that Hell would slightly know Sweden, but otherwise only knows his patron country, Norway.

- Postcards can be purchased in Hell that depict Hell Station in the winter time when snow and ice is everywhere, to play on the saying "When Hell freezes over." (Which it does quite often in the winter.)

- Stjørdal River lies close to Hell (Hell is on the south side), and a bridge crosses it near the Trondheim Airport. A sign labeled "Hell" sits on it for the tourists, which has been appreciated because it has been stolen many times. The sign is now thoroughly fastened down to prevent this.

- There are two places named after Hell, but on the wrong side of the river. A hotel called the Rica Hell Hotel, and a shopping center called Hell Kjøpesenter. (Which is incidentally where Hell shops for supplies to keep up his appearance.)

- With a train station and the Trondheim Airport in the very close by Værnes, Hell finds himself travelling sometimes, usually to other blues or jazz festivals. Sometimes he'd fly to Oslo to attend the big Julemarked Christmas Market, and will try to do so annually.

- Hell could be called a lucky person, something based on the fact that "Hell" is a Norwegian word for luck. His first name, Felix, also plays on this.

- The sparkles weren't there until Mona Grudt won Miss Universe 1990.

- He is always thinking about what others think of him and is self-conscious about his appearance. This is mostly because of the tourists- as a simple village, he's not suited for the amount of tourists that he gets.

- The most contact he'll be completely fine about is shaking hands.

- He can read and write in either Bokmål or Nynorsk- the area he lives in is neutral towards preference.
