This hits close to home with me, because one of my OCs is the son of an airline pilot, and the grandson of a WWII fighter pilot. Also, he's blonde! I really love the age progression and yet you can still see that it's the same boy growing up all the way! Wonderful!

I like the little pink butterfly touch, and the addition of the legs splitting for the adolescent age, which connects or "jumps" unto the teenage years. Also, the reclining old man age who's facing the opposite direction to metaphorically "lean back and think on his years before"
interesting, and nicely done. I applaud thee
