Back to making these Robot Master info for now. So here's my try on the RM with the most heartwarming design; Ice Man.

Ice Man's a robot designed by Dr. Light to perform human tasks and investigate in sub-zero extreme temperature locations. His design is based on an parka to reflect the way they handle cold weathers. He is build with is weapon, the Ice Slasher, which he can shoot from his mouth. There's nothing that can't be frozen by these ice blades for they reach the temperature of 200 degrees below zero, which can destroy Mega Man in three hits from it. Since he can handle the sub-zero temperature very well, he is very capable of not slipping on ice and will skate on it professionally. But despite being one of the most powerful Light Numbers, he is the second smallest of them (next to Galaxy Man), making him have the smallest electric current of the Light Numbers and can't handle any more electric shocks or pressures to course though his body, thus the reason he's weak to Elec Man's Thunder Beam and Bomb Man's Hyper Bomb. His AI personalty makes him have a split-personality disorder making him refer to himself as a soldier in first person and a commander in third person, he is also a show-off, trying too act cool and will try anything to get attention, but he's also a bit selfish and stubborn. He is well fond of snowball fights and he mostly hangs out with one of his brothers, Cut Man (even if on most occasions they don't get along well), the Wily Number; Freeze Man greatly respects him and he has a secret crush to his sister; Roll, but he hates hot places like a sauna and despite Heat Man and Air Man the most.
